Hi, I have had similar experiences. When I was in college, I had an experience (out of body?) where I was sleeping. I woke up, and could not move my body. All of a sudden, I was sitting up, but I could see in the mirror across from my bed that while I was sitting up, my body was still on the bed. Then, I must have fallen back to sleep again, because I had a weird dream where I was floating around for a bit. (I attribute this all to a hallucination, after all, it was college, and I have had no similar experience since, lol).
When I was first married we lived in my husband's grandparent's house (they were both deceased). One morning, my husband had already left for work, and I was off to work, but I had forgot a utility bill I needed to pay. I walked back in the house to get it, and heard my name whispered loudly and clearly over my shoulder - so clear that I turned to look. There was noone there and I quickly left, because I was scared. That night, I was getting ready for bed, and was washing my face in the downstairs bathroom. Again, I heard my name, it came down from the upstairs and kind of slid into the bathroom. I was scared and screamed at my husband asking if he was playing a joke on me. He said no. Anyway, I never heard the voices after that.
I have had a lot of weird things happen to me, but mostly, I explain them away. I would like to pay more attention to them, but I don't know what I am supposed to do.
