hi
since i was small i was a ver scared nervous child i had trouble sleeping going anywhere by my self ,,, i had strange habbits of covering glass and mirros in my bedroom ...this was just to prevent me being able to see peoples breath and 'imagenary peoples' reflections...although i never have ... when i was smaller i had manyy very disturbing dreams and these lead to a constant paranoer... i was particulary scaerd of men i didnt no....
as i have become old i have started to become more aware to these distirbin dreams and wish to no what anyone things ... i will give a couple of examples....
firstly i have many where i wake up in my room and the tv is on i reach of my remote and turn the channel ...but the same womens face is on every channle
when i wake up in my room and a man is standing there and i can only see his shadow he is always the same man ....
i have many variations of this all very real and very scary
when i wake up in my room and so get paralysed from toe to head and i cant breath .. this one was so bad and i still am not sure whether it was real or not...the last thing that went through my head was ...fuck my mum is gunna find me dead like this in the morning....
when i went to a room in my house and bent down to pick some thing up and some one in slow motion picks me up onto my side in mid air so i floating in am empty room turn my head but the person who i can feel physically holding me isnt there
( this one dosent sound bad but i was so scared i was almost sick when i woke up
ialso have dreams where i am killed very badly
these are less common when i am older but still sometimes
um let me thinkj there are so many...also all the dream i have when i wake up in my bed ...i am paralysed and always struggleing and somtimes cant see....like i have been drugged
it is always men never ever women ....sometimes he talks to me ...and always says ..."do u want to now who i am ?"....
this man scares me the most
ok here is the craziest part....some times i hear and see things when i am awake ..recently it is bad ...i have told 2 friends but dont no who to go to
threer are two young around 20 year old girls and one older man ....they are not scary and sometime i hear the old man breathing in my room
but there is an old women ...she is mixed race black and whit ..short blackish grey hair pulled back tight in a pony tail ..she dosent say good stuff but have only herd her once.....
but i never thought any thing of it ... i had it loads when i was small i always herd un protmeted laughing an i rasonalised it but i am at breaking piont right now...had a scitz last night i kept seeing , hearing and sensing people...it is mainly hearin...not even when i am near to sleep it is awake in daylight
i am not sure wether it is my imagination illness or what
ps sorry the typing is bad i have rushed this well bad ...
